Accessibility statement

At the Dry Eye Treatment Center, we consider it of the utmost importance to make our site accessible for people with disabilities, thus enabling the majority of the population to browse easily and comfortably, and for this purpose many efforts and resources are invested and the site has been accessible since its inception.

The purpose of accessibility is to improve the website so that it is available, convenient and user-friendly for people with hand or vision disabilities, for those with cognitive disabilities and for people who have difficulty using the computer and the Internet, and to allow everyone to surf comfortably and quickly and enjoy the content and services developed especially for customers and surfers.

The website has been accessed in order to comply with the instructions of the Israeli standard TI 5568 and/or the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 at level AA.

 

Below is a description of some of the operations carried out as part of the site’s accessibility :

  1. Accessibility menu – at the beginning of each page on the right side there is an accessibility menu that allows:
  • Underline links
  • Highlight the element with focus in the frame (keyboard navigation)
  • Change to a more readable font
  • change the color contrast
  • change the font sizes
  1. Adapting the site to work environments with different resolutions
  2. The site is optimized for viewing in the common types of browsers
  3. All actions on the site can be performed using a keyboard as follows: pressing the Tab key moves to the next link and pressing the Enter key activates the link. Pressing Shift-Tab moves to the previous link.


Ensuring accessible customer service

The staff undergoes training to provide an accessible service and this is an integral part of the service we are happy to provide over the years, including giving priority to those with disabilities .

The clinics include accessible furniture and are accessible to people with disabilities .
